Should be able to get it done in the $1200-$1500 range, all in. If you are reasonably handy and have a reasonable arsenal of tools you might consider doing it yourself. Either way do the front seal, drive belt, and use an ARP bolt. Parts alone are around $400-$500 depending on which HB you go with. Lots of video's and articles on doing it yourself available on line and this site. Don't use a dealer as they'll use a factory balancer that will fail again plus rip you off for labor.
What ever you do, don't use an AC Delco balancer. I think everyone here agrees they are flawed garbage. Most people here like the Powerbond or Summit Racings balancer. I would take it to a good reputable Corvette shop. Have them replace the balancer, tensioners, belts, idler, front seal, bolt, and pin the balancer. You should be able to get that done for around $1,500 to $1,800 all in.
Take note that this a a fairly simple "spin some wrenches" part replacement. I did it in my driveway... in my 50's... on my back.
You don't really need a specialty shop with high labor rates and uber marked up parts. Find a shop that does good work and see what the labor cost is for, what should be, 7 or 8 billable hours. Ask some local Corvette club members for shop advice.
As stated, make sure you install a reputable balancer. You don't necessarily need one rated for forced induction either. My $80 Powerbond elastomeric replacement works just fine and is better than the factory part.
Realize if you supply the parts, most shops will charge labor again to replace a part that becomes defective, as they made no markup on it to cover a warranty.
I was quoted 700 to do the swap if I bring the parts. That's in rural iowa. I imagine the price will vary greatly depending on the part of the country.

I'd shy away from the Powerbond PB1117N as well. Mine started wobbling just like the OEM part after less than 10k miles. Looks like the rubber is walking out the front. My guy only charged me $500 for the labor but had to do it twice in a year!
OP, if you go Powerbond, go with the PB1117SS race performance balancer or ATI.
Oh lord, $1800 bucks for a balancer install?! Got dang it, that’s wild AF.
if you were in SanAntonio Tx to hen I’d tell you where to go to for $640 had the HB, both tensioners.
Jbee,
That's close to the going rate in Stumptown, where the cost of doing any business is sky high.
I had mine done at Pro Automotive & Diesel out hwy 30 in Scappoose. They have qualified labor that knows what they are doing. Can recommend.
ATI damper
ARP bolted & pinned
Belts & tensioner
seal
Water pump (in my situation)
coolant
Steering rack bushing (mine was shot)
4 wheel alignment ($ well spent)
Labor for all above
Was around $1800 a year ago.

How much should it cost to replace? 07 C6 43K got a $2000 quote in Portland Or.
I got mine done in November on my 2005. It was $1900, thats parts and labor and tax. They charged book time of 7.6 hours and they get $175 an hour. The parts were also marked up. If the mechanic goes by the labor hours expect to pay what the going rate in your area is.

I have checked on this balancer and have found no problems with it except for you. This is the one that the shop put on mine and gave me a 12,000 mile, one year guarantee on labor and part.

This is true. Lots of posts on replacing this part. Definitely do a quick google corvette forums search on the subject. It is labor intensive and as others suggested you can probably replace yourself if you have access to a lift. Do not pay more than $1500. Even at the dealership.
