I’m currently looking at a centennial edition corvette. Looks great, but know little of this yr. It’s a manual so I don’t think I need to worry about the harmonic balancer. 22k miles. What do you all think it’s worth?
For reference, two weeks ago on 2/22/24 we bought this for $45,000 from a Chevrolet dealership. I feel it was a fair price, surely no great steal of a deal, but we found exactly what we wanted and went for it.
2013 Grand Sport Convertible
12,500 miles
Automatic transmission
3LT Preferred Equipment Group
Dual Mode Exhaust
Magnetic Ride Select
Navigation radio
Crystal Red Tintcoat (an up-charge over other color choices)
Crossed Flag Embroidery On Headrests
The dealer also installed 4 brand new Michelin tires

Nobody can tell you until you tell what it is - regular C6, regular C6 vert, GS coupe, GS vert, Z06, ZR1. What trim level - 1LT, 2LT, 3LT, 4LT, 1LZ, 2LZ, 3LZ
Centennial will have a special black metallic paint, black and red interior, matte black stripes, and logos. It's going to be worth substantially more than the 2013 due to this package.
A GS Coupe 4LT like that, probably a 58-62k car. Mine has 14k miles and I'd probably be listening to an offer over 65k, but it is, of course, not for sale.
YMMV, plenty of people will say that's too much and you can buy any number of other cars for less.
You have to worry about the harmonic balancer regardless of transmission. Check to make sure there is no wobble. I replaced mine at around 24k on the clock.

There are 2 Centennial manual GSs for sale on Autotrader, both with 10k mi.
4LT listed for $50k & 3LT listed for $46k.
3 autos priced a little less. $42k - $44k. All with less than 25k mi.
"NICE" Robert....I love the GS vert and yours is beautiful. Don't mess with those beautiful wheels. They make the black "pop" perfectly. And those ghost stripes are really something. Do they take well to polishing? Are they a matching color decal?

Thanks. Had it almost a year now. I haven’t put any real “polishes” on the stripes. Scared to. They are a matte Black decal, not paint. I wipe them very softly with a Maguires gold detailer for black cars. It seems to work well.
And yeah, I love the chrome wheels on this. I have the window sticker and it was all ordered this way, so I’m not touching a thing. I put some Lloyd’s in and some LED side markers and that’s about it.

The 4LT manual is a steal at that price. They made like, under 300 in that spec. Possibly WAY under. I think we have only had something like 5 4LT GS MN6 Centennials ever show up on the forum.
I get it, there's a lot of cars you could get out there for that kind of money. Collector cars are that way. You want the rare spec, you pay up.
Looked at another way, there are only TWO centennial GS with manuals listed for sale in the ENTIRE COUNTRY. For reference, that's how many Ferrari F40s are for sale, and we only got 213 of those in the US. Obviously, this is not an F40, but the point is if you want arguably the best specs of the best generation of Corvette, and you find one, take that plunge because there's not that many more out there.

Fauee values the Centennial as a collector car. They are nice for sure, but reality is they are just another C6 with a graphics package. They should command a little more than a similarly equipped C6, but they will never be a collector car - except maybe a ZR1 that was never driven. JMO as owner of a 4LT Centennial GS vert.
$50k seems about like current market for the manual 4LT; it's come down over the past 6 months.

I agree. There are a whole lot of sticker package cars out there. Centennial does have a unique paint color, though. It's the only black metallic C6.
As for color combination and package rarity, my Grand Sport definitely falls into that space, but I don't think that means it can command higher prices in the collector market. I guess time will tell. There are only 109 total 2011 Jetstream Blue Grand Sport convertibles in existence, fewer still with 4LT, Heritage package, and even fewer still with manual transmission and gray convertible top. I don't think I've ever seen another one (forums or otherwise) exactly like mine. I think the closest I've seen was a 3LT.
And there are zero Jetstream Blue Grand Sport convertibles for sale (at least none that I can find at the moment ).
