Memory Seat, Mirrors and Steering Wheel On vehicles with the memory package, the controls are located on the driver’s door. 1: Saves the seating position for driver 1. 2: Saves the seating position for driver 2. B : Recalls the easy exit position. The numbers on the back of the keyless access transmitters correspond to the numbers on the memory buttons. To save seating positions in the memory: 1. Adjust the driver’s seat, both outside mirrors, and the telescopic steering column to a comfortable driving position. 2. Press and hold button 1 until two beeps let you know that the position has been stored in the memory. A second seating, mirror, and telescopic steering column position can be set by repeating the above steps and pressing button 2. To recall a memory position: • On vehicles with an automatic transmission, press and release the desired button. 3 FOB Memory Programming For C6 Like The C5?
The C5 has 3 FOB memory programming. The 3rd FOB is programmed by holding down Mem1 and Mem2 simultaneously. I have yet to try it on my 2013 C6. Maybe it works too.

Depending on the options (I guess), there’s 2 inflatable bladders in the seats. One is a lumbar back support, the other is for the seat bottom. I can feel the air being released when I shut the engine off and the seat moves to the saved exit position. I can feel it being pumped back up when I start the car and the seat moves into the saved driving position. When the bottom bladder is empty, the seat does feel pretty sunken. So if you’ve got those adjustable supports, I’d be checking to see you can use the buttons to inflate and deflate the seat bottom as a starting point.
I have the lumbar support and side bolsters, but no seat bottom bladder, or seat presets

I think there are other vendors offering similar.
But, if the seat collapse was sudden as described in the first post, that’s not what happens as the wires and sharp edges cut into the foam. That’s a gradual thing. This sounds more like the air bladder not inflating, as I said above.

Memory seats came with the 3LT Option Package. I copied this directly from a 2013 sales brochure. Maybe Chevrolet redefined the option groups from one model year to another. You cannot also rule out that some features from a higher group could be included in a lower group as options priced individually. This is why I appreciate having the window sticker and build sheet.

Just fyi - if you have the memory option, you can program either fob to either button. The numbers on the back of the fobs are just there to help the owner identify the different fobs.
