I'm not sure how you figure it out unless PN's are the same, but some of these parts may be shared with other GM vehicles of the same era. For example, when I swapped the seats on my '08 C6, rather than remove the occupancy sensor from the OEM seats, I got one off Ebay for a '08 Tahoe/Yukon that was identical to what was in the OEM C6 seats. Same pad & more importantly same plug. In my case, I was given the info to make it an easy find. I'd think what you're looking for was likely used across vehicles if you can figure out how to compare them. Good luck.
