I changed my steering wheel with the same type only nicer looking and now the power top isn’t working, pull-down not releasing. I checked the fuses under the dash and all are good. Any ideas greatly appreciated. Thanks
PROBLEM SOLVED…… all I had to do is re-index the windows.

Reason: Problem solved
Good to know. I reindexed mine just so the door windows would work, had no idea it impacted the convertible top too?
Yeah, your windows drop a tad before the top begins to move. Just like they drop a tad before the doors open.
I imagine if your windows are not indexed it can’t tell the top what position they’re in to prevent possible damage.

I've owned six Corvettes, four of them C6s, and this Grand Sport is my first convertible. The first time I had to disconnect the battery to change it, and the top would no longer operate, I about blew a brain gasket trying to figure it out. I had the top down and the windows down, so indexing didn't even enter my mind. It took a Google search (which led back to this forum) to find the window indexing answer.
So what is the official process to index the windows? I disconnect the battery off season so I will eventually need to know.
It is in the owner's manual.
Whether it's the official procedure or not, here's what I do:
Run the window all the way to the bottom. Run the window all the way to the top and hold the switch for a few seconds. Release the switch, then immediately push the switch up again and hold it for a few seconds. Do the same thing on both windows. Done.
Starting with the window fully down is likely not necessary but my F-150 has a learn feature for both full down and full up so it's easy to just remember that one procedure that works for both.
