Default wire loom placement

Hi All, Been a while since i've been in so bear with me. I noticed the other day that there was something hanging down underneath the about 1/2 way back on the passengers side my 2006 base vert. Upon further inspection I found that it was the wire loom (black plastic conduit) that runs the length of the car on that side. Not really a big deal cept for the fact of where the org. placement of this loom suggest that it should be tucked above (and possibly behind) the long body panel that runs the length between the wheel wells. Only problem with this is that that would have it running right across the jack spot for pucks...etc. It appears that there may be enough room to tuck the loom well behind the jack spot between the body panel and frame but thats gonna take a lot of force and manipulating but it really looks like this is where the wire loom should be as I can't imagine the boys at GM putting in their manual to customers to be sure and have any mechanic move the wire loom out of the way before lifting the car....lol. So bottom line is can anyone give an accurate heads up on just where this wire loom should run? Thanks for any info.

Does the middle part consist of several feet of plastic conduit with rectangular cross section? It sounds like you're describing the transmission harness--except it attaches to the side of the torque tube, inside the center tunnel.

Just had mine on the lift but I don't recall seeing any harness in that location.

A few good "detailed" pictures would really be helpful.
