I can’t speak to the quality of any of them, but the example I listed has 4.5 / 5 stars. However, are you sure it’s the actuator and not the door pad? Is it sporadic when using the fob buttons or interior door switch, or when you press the exterior door pad, or all of these?
I recently replaced the passenger side actuator on my '09. I found the option of a new, $40 after market unit or a used $55 unit. I bought a guaranteed used unit on ebay from a Corvette wrecking yard in Phoenix.
It appears, that the aftermarket part does have a good reputation, so, either should work. I assume, that all the after market parts are from the same manufacture, because of the low demand, so I'd get the cheapest most radially available one.
There are youtube video that show how to replace it. Pretty easy and takes about 1 hr.
2 cravats--
Be careful removing the plastic trim, and watch out for the mastic on the plastic cover sheet over the hole at the door body. My mastic was very gooey and all over the cable to the manual door latch by the seat. Messy and hard to remove.
I bought the $35-$40 amazon door actuator over a year and a half ago..it's held up perfectly fine. No need to spend hundreds of dollars when they all do the same function and it's something no one else will notice nor care about how much you 'spent' to get a OEM one. It's 2024, the cheaper model will function just fine for a long time.

Can you find the name in your Amazon history of the one you ordered please?

I bought a oem one from a low mileage car off ebay from a reputable seller or less than $60.
I try not to buy chinese if I don't have to.
Overall, I've found oem parts to be superior to after market. Most, not all.
I thought the OP's problem was related to the rubber squeeze-it pad on the door itself. If so, that is supposedly an easy repair....no need to replace anything.
The actuator in the door jamb is a much more challenging matter.

I did ask that question in post 2, but it didn’t merit a reply I guess.
