In 2017 I picked up a 2012 Grand Sport Centennial Edition and I remember the sales guy mentioned that it was a museum delivery
with a sticker on the inside of the door jam saying so, the question is what is the significance of having this?
thanks Fatswaller that clears up my question about it (this time with no sarcasm). Looks like it would of been pretty cool to be the original owner.
Would that be the museum where a bunch of vetts fell into a sink hole?

Yes. There’s a viewport into the sinkhole, and some of the cars that were pulled out but couldn’t be salvaged are on display as well.
Since I actually did clear it up for you with the least amount of words necessary, I'll take that apology now.
I agree. To the OP.... member for 7 years with only a few posts....it is pretty easy to locate the HUNDREDS of threads on here that discuss Museum Delivery.
It is not sarcasm to reply that R8C is valuable to the original buyer but does not add value when the car is resold. If you want to know more, do a freakin search and not berate those who are providing you with input that is actually accurate to those of us who are in-the know.
If you want to be a true Corvette enthusiast, learn that there is a National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
