Tire Rub
I just bought a 2013 Grand Sport and found some wheels off of a 2019 Grand Sport. They look spectacular, however, with a tight turn the inside of the front wheel rubs on the bumper side once the car is put in gear. Sitting idling it does not rub. It needs new tires, so I spoke to the service writer at the tire company and he suggested going from the 285/30/19 and dropping to a 275/30/19. He said it would be .4” narrower and .2” shorter. Do any of you have any experience with this?
