Harmonic Balancer Question
Hi guys, I need some help. I'm looking to buy a 2012 Base. I asked the owner to send me the attached video of the harmonic balancer. It looks like there might be a little wobble but I don't really know how much is too much. To me it looks ok, not great, but need advice. Should I pass on this one? Thanks in advance.

The other one I'm seriously considering is a gorgeous 2006 lemans blue base with 61k miles but the Carfax only shows oil changes at 19k, 45k, 55k, and 61k. What should I look for or test for if the oil wasn't changed enough and caused degradation?

Maintence only gets added to carfax if the shop uploads the data to an aggregator that loads to carfax. I feel like the NHTSA database is the aggregator, but don’t quote me on that.
Treat this car like any other car you would purchase. It’s just a pushrod Chevy motor in a composite body car. …. It’s just a car. No special nuances

Dont rely on carfax for oil changes. Carfax can barely get the things right that it was intended for. (Accident reports, theft, salvage)

Don't depend on CarFax. Some shops may or may not upload maintenance items or the seller may have DIY'd some oil changes. If you're that concerned, ask the seller for the maintenance record (if one exists).
