8452 is the casting number for LS7 heads. All LS7 GM castings have the same 8452 casting number.

I just purchased the car and have no info on what type of ahp heads are these, how can I know is there another number?

If we did the head removal and replacement here at our shop then we will have the vin number of the vehicle in our system.
If we shipped the heads out to a customer then we would have the order coded by the customers full name.
If you want to email me the vin number and prior owners full name I can run it through my system and see if I can provide you with some additional information on how the heads were optioned.
