So short of going smaller front pulley, to make more boost and spin the unit faster, the super charger was designed to be quiet to begin with, since still has to pass running sound levels on street car in the first place.
Replacing the gears with a set that had straight cut teeth would give more noise. If I am not mistaken, the supercharger in the Dodge Hellcats had its gears specifically designed to give an unmistakable supercharger whine.
I would imagine a set of custom gears could be made by a competent machine shop.
