This is a personal opinion question and you should look at some pics of both styles and decide for yourself. My opinion is that a 10" is too large. I prefer a 7" screen that fits inside the same envelope for an OEM look.

Most people want the display to look and fit into the factory display area. Having it appear "factory" and fit in the opening is an aesthetic thing that most people will prefer.
If it was me I would stay away from upgrades with GPS, cause they always need update's, using Waze on your phone it's always updated to the new roads and highways.
