I come the old school just about any thing is fixable, it is whether it is worth the effort. . I use this to fix plastic bass boats,
WEST SYSTEM G/flex Epoxy
corvette parts anything that flexes. Use some shredded fiberglass in thith it on the back, grove the front straight epoxy. Then body work. It is a special made epoxy that is designed to stay somewhat flexible. My vette is all custom so like the front spoiler I have to cut it in pieces and rebuild it. Be glad to walk you through it if you decide to go that route.
