How do I go about fixing this

Tips are laying super uneven after a crash in a ditch

Get underneath, loosen the clamps, adjust by twisting and see if you can get them lined back up. Tighten clamps if so.

Maybe, but if he bent a muffler pipe(s) before they get to the X pipe, may be able to get each side of the tips lever to themselves, but until the needed muffler pipe is re-bent to get it the same plan as the other side muffler, may not be able to get the pairs of each muffler pipes level to each other instead..
