I’ve read up this and it seems to be a common problem.
I recently installed a backup camera and routed all the wiring on the passenger side of the car. After about 20 min of driving I’m getting a tpms error on the passenger rear tire (where most of the camera wiring is located).
I shut the car off and the tpms error goes away and the tpms reads fine.
I have heard the solution is to wrap the camera wires in foil which sounds kind of hokey.
i have also heard to reroute the camera cables towards the center of the car which sucks because I like how I routed them already.
What would be the best option here? Any advice is appreciated.

How old are the TPMS sensors? Could be a coincidence that the first one is starting to fail shortly after your backup cam install.
No idea so probably originals. Might need to source a set just in case.
I have two cameras in my car with no issues with the TPMS, if your sensors are original, they’re 14 years old, so I’d suspect they’re on their way out as the life of them is usually 10-12 years.

Wrapping the wires in foil is going to shield them from both receiving and transmitting electromagnetic radiation. The TPMS system seems to be quite sensitive to it. I've had problems with cell phones in the cup holder, others have reported problems with various LED lights. But it could be just old sensors with weak batteries.

I moved the excess wire from the camera I had bundle in the passenger side truck area to the center. Took it for a short, drive and all was well. I might get a set of fresh TPMs sensors to have in hand.
