I am happy with the sound of the Corsa Sports but having an issue getting them aligned. They are level on height but the front to rear angle is off slightly.
I have loosened and rotated the pipes but can't get the angle the same as the driver side tip is pointed up slightly. You change 1 thing which changes something else.
Seems like I need to slightly bend passenger side tip up and then adjust height with the pins that rubbers slip on.
Thought about putting something under tip and pulling down on pipe. ?????

Took longer to align the tips than it did to remove the old axle-back & install the Corsa. I got them within about 1/4" of being perfectly aligned before I gave up. They also hang a little too low for my liking on my Z06. If I drove the car more I'd probably fab something to pull them up slightly.
It's hard for me to leave something like this alone until its right, ha
Have thought about supporting the passenger side tip with floorjack and pulling down on the muffler/pipe to make slight bend to get tip up.
Of course that will raise the tip so can bend support pins to get back in line.
I also noticed I spelled Corsa incorrectly in topic title, lol
Remember….. at the end of the day, these will be the only $2400 mufflers you will purchase that won’t line up. Lol.
Work on the hangers the best you can. Again it’s a losing game in my experience. Getting them perfect is near impossible, keeping them perfect is even more impossible.
Kind of two main job, where one person needs blocks/guides below to hold the tips in line, then the second person tightening up the muffler to X pipe clamps, not allowing the clamps to pull the muffler pipes around.
If you still have problems with high/low between the two mufflers, then need to tweak the hanger rods for both X pipe and mufflers, then work from front of X pipes and back to mufflers so tips are even across to start with.
So here,
Need to start back at the front of X pipes and hangers, to first get the rears of X pipe level, then you can focus on the muffler hangers to get the tip pointing out the back the same angle, then can work on the tips to tips level across.
Also to throw some salt in the would, may need to change engine mounts, since one may be blown, and the motor not level on the chassis to begin with.
I spent several hours lining mine up. Takes a lot of patience and realizing where to tug and pull to get them straight. Mine are straight, but look too low IMO, but I am happy with them being straight. HAHA
Take the advice from above.
They arrived in a very well packaged Corsa box with Corsa instructions, Corsa decals, and have Corsa logo on all 4 tips
So, I am confident they are Corsa. They are the 4.5 inch tips.
Yeah there is a lot of wiggle room with adjustment. A second person to hold things in place will help a ton. My Corsa tips are not perfect either. Ill be putting them back on soon and you bet I'm having a buddy assist with positioning.

My passenger side hung a little lower as well and drove me nuts.
My fix was to use a big hose clamp on the rubber hanger and tighten it until even. No issues.

Excellent! Looks like they have updated the design.
