Trunk light problem

I have an issue with my 2013 Convertible trunk lights, one of the lights is staying on (very dimly) after the auto shutoff should shut off both lights....I do have led lights in there, but they have been installed for years....any ideas?

Just an idea, but the LEDs have electronic drivers of some sort which can fail. So to that end, replace the LED that’s staying on dimly with a new LED and see if that resolves it.

Get leds that have canbus built in for them I had similar issue with map lights in mirror, they may or may not be like a buck more in cost.

Worst case scenario, take out the bulb or put a switch on it. been there in the C4 and that's what I ultimately did.
