13 GS front splitter attachment
Recently I bought a 2013 GS that was missing the front splitter. I found a used one but it seems nobody I spoke to knows what hardware is used to attach it. I don't have access to a lift or even a good floor jack & stands, so I can't get under the car to look at what it looks like. I need input from another C6 GS owner to let me know what hardware I need, forget GM Parts as it is considered "Standard Hardware" and not listed.

It's mounted with screws. If you have Google, there are many dozens of threads and videos on this. If you call the dealer they will tell you exactly what screws you need. What's shown online (as you've found) isn't complete.
U-nuts/clips: You can pay out the rear to the dealer for the screws (bolts) or buy them via a place like "Clips & Fasteners . com" Here are some on Amazon:
