Yes it can, use a hair dryer or heat gun, being careful not to get it too hot. Start at the edge where it is not seen (a corner). And,very carefully start to peel it off. Some of the glue may have to be removed with mineral spirits or rubbing alchoho afterwardsl. I would then buff and polish. My buddy ownes a shop that applies and removes this stuff for a living.

I've not done it, so take this as an observation. I've seen online videos with people removing wraps and some of them use compressed air. One in particular was removing it from a hood. They had a virtual balloon where they had separated the film from the hood. Just FYI.
