1) You would see Z51 on the same RPO code sticker as the other options
2) You can have F55 or Z51 but not both options on a 2008.

If no Z51 code in the glove box sticker, then not a Z51 (all the package) option car.
And the dead give away, none of the Z51 option cars (last of the base Z51 option was 2009, and replaced by the GS model) had F55. Hence even with F55 set is sports mode, it still softer than the Z51 suspension. In the GS through, it was offered with F55 (where F55 started to shine)..
