Thermostat control
I have 2010 Grand sport convertible. On a road tour it was a chilly day with the top down, my thermostat was set on 78 and was working fine all morning. We stopped for lunch, and car would no longer blow out heat, but cool air. I thought, I'll try the AC to see it it was working, and it did work; however, I could not get any warm air to blow out the entire ride home, only cool air. Any suggestions what my problem may be? thanks

Well as with any electrical glitch like this, the first thing I'd suggest trying is to disconnect the battery for a few minutes, then hook it back up, and while you're at it clean your battery posts. Often this can reset things to. where they'll strut working correctly again. If that doesn't do it, then you'll need to do further diagnostics on it to determine the cause.

Check your coolant level. If it really low, the system has a tough time transferring engine heat to the heater core, via the coolant that isn't there. You may also see your engine temp go thru the stratosphere.
