Insider info.
Just talked to my friend that is a engineer at the Corvette plant. He told me as much as he could about the C6. He said there are 2 pics in circulation that are very accurate and actually got a guy fired at the plant for giving out the info. He also said that the Z06 will be offer in the C6 model and will have an all aluminum, normally aspirated engine pushing in the neighborhood of 500h.p. Just thought everyone would like to know. Maybe a few more beers and he will give me some more good details.

Two pics= Jujubee's yellow vert and Autoweeks rendition. Not based on any source, just my assumption. I'm hoping the styling is more similar to the Jujubee pic. It had a more aggressive, masculine stance.

Well someone in the plant actually leaked some details of the car, don't know much else than that. I'm guessing they tracked it back to the person some how and relieved him of his duties. My friend is having a big BBQ next weekend so hopefully he will get tanked and start talking again. He also said there is atleast one at the plant so maybe someone in the BG area might get a glimpse of it when they are out testing it. :cheers:

jujubee posted two pics. A yellow and a Red Vert. I think those are the two pics he is refering to. I dont think the autoweek pic is accurate at all.

No one will get fired as long as no names are mentioned and he doesn't send me any emails from work. I think hes smart enough to know that, but I better tell him. :jester
