Realistically, none since I have an 02 vette and don't see making another big car purchase anytime soon. If I had the money, I'd wait for the C6 Z06 because of the HP and because the styling isn't that radical from a C5.
My C4 driver has 120k+ miles now. I have skipped the C5 altogether. Now that I (think) have seen the C6, make mine a torch red, or magnetic red with gray interior, 6spd Targa, and I'll pick it up at mecca, opps, I mean BG.
:D
I think from this point forward, any Vette I purchase will be a convertible.
No chance in hell that I could afford a new C6 when they debut, dumped far too much cash into my C5, and I am not selling that, will just add to the collection.
With that in mind, I think when I finally do get around to buying a C6, it will be second hand, convertible, most likely yellow.

I think I will get the 500hp Z06, and ship it to Caravaggioco and have them turn it in to a Vert.
I'll would love to have the ZL-1 that would be BADASS!!! :D but see i dont have that much money but ill be getting a pretty good job pretty soon and my dad should help me out  :blueangel: (i hope)

I have a pretty good job (dentist), still may not want to spend that much money, but since I live just north of you in Wichita, ask your dad if he would adopt me! He could use a 51 year old son.
I have declined to vote on this one. Here is why. I don't believe those prices. That's number one. Number two, is that I'm getting one of the first in my area. The "new factor" is very powerful you see. Older Z,O-anything, falls to the side...pales in comparison to, a new Corvette model.
And, that new Corvette model is a good bang for the buck until the ZO6 is debated to all heck, and the dust is settled.

I made a quick check of sticker prices for 2004 coupes currently being listed on Monica's posting. Coupes sticker from $44,535 to $51,190. There are several over $49k and that is without MSRC. I expect the base price to be less, but navigation, upgraded interior, stick, and MSRC will put it well over 50. I stand by $49k as a reasonable average equipped price for a C6 coupe.
I may be too high on the vert. Your point is well taken.
Z06 will depend on how much carbon fiber and exotic materials are used for the weight reduction. How much are you willing to spend to get it under 3000lbs? ZL1, who knows? I'd love to see a 2950lb 625hp TT Z06 in my price range. I expect to be buying the 500hp version.
The first convertible I can afford once some of the inevitable "bugs" are identified. I don't want to rush into one just to see a flurry of TSBs issued and the car ends up sitting in some dealer's shop

My guess is a fully loaded coupe comparable to my 03 will be close to 60k with tax lic. GMPP and the other miscellaneous charges to get the car to me.
Hope they offer some steep discounts sometime during the run
similar to what was available on the C-5 or it will have to be used for me.
Well, as I said in my poll / thread, I want the Z06, but, w/ an aluminum frame, CF body, and 500 HP, I think the spread will be closer to $20K, putting it out of my price range, if I don't want to make payments, which I don't. So I voted for the Coupe. If your prices are correct, count me in for a Z06.
