Let me clarify, Galaxy 11 is the satellite, Ku is the format, and the transponder is supposed to be 12 K. The actual transponder might change for various reasons. Uplink frequency: 14242 Horizontal. Downlink frequency: 11942 Vertical, 36.000 MHz, Analog.
Over time, satellite receivers have used a number of different Ku formats and sometimes the polarities can be set wrong, so the only real advice is to get to the satellite early and scan the transponders on whatever format or formats the receiver in question has.
