4door Vette?
When are they gonna offer a back seat version? 4doors even. Kind of an extended cab Vette. That way I can cruz with my buds!
You laugh, but it could look great, and open up the market to the practical.
Is GM is terrified of the Germans?
They shouldnt be. :leaving:

Now that RX8 is closer to bliss.
But if it just had 4 REAL doors, we wouldn't have to line up like penguins to get in & out of it.
Surprising to me that they didn't force a 3-door version onto their followers for a few years. Like GM did with pickups. They went straight to half suicide doors, I'm sure because everyone loves them?

How bout a 3 seater with the driver in the middle a la McLaren F1?
They could also do one of those 3 person bench seats a la Lincoln Towncar. Then they could mount one of those cool shifters on the steering column.

Dear Mr. Painfully Obvious Troll:
Sorry you don't like the CTS-Vs. Be sure to avert your eyes as they pass you.
The RX8 doesn't have four real doors because it tries to look like a coupe. It's the whole point of the car. I suppose next you'll be lamenting that nobody builds a two-door limousine.
Enjoy your time here, which if you keep posting flame-bait will no doubt be brief.

It's coming, but not real soon. It will be cheaper than the C6. It will not have a phoney Porsche 911 "back seat". It will be called the Camaro.

Why only 2 doors? Uhh...It's a CORVETTE.
If you want to cruise with your buds GM has a fine selection of vehicles. Virtually everyone of them will seat more than 2 people. :yesnod:
