Sioux Falls Corvette Rally
Well, the rally just came through my town, and they had one of the new 05's sitting out. I got to sit in it and everything. Gotta say, that steering wheel looks RIGHT when you are actaully in the car.
And the headlights look great. Even the grey diffuser looks well intigrated and attractive. MUCH better in person than in pictures IMO.
Sort of neat, i think we had something like 300 corvettes all parked in a 4 block area of downtown, and there were at least a few thousand more driving around the streets all day. About every other car on the road was a vette.

It definitely make a difference when you see a C6 in person. Sure wish I could be in Sioux Falls and make the run to Spearfish.

I can't say I'd blame you if you missed it honestly. I'm a little bit biased against South Dakota, as a state in general.
But I've been to the corvette rally here, and it IS very fun. Hopefully someday I'll be able to drive my corvette through where I grew up, along with the rest of you.
Considering that I'm about to start college, and forsee having about 30,000 in student loan debt by the time I graduate....looks like I'll have to be driving a C7. oh DARN.
Oh well, at least aeronautical engineers make decent money.
