I have a car on order from them, and from my experience, I have yet to have an email answered. I would just call them if I was you. 1-800-578-3883 ask for Kristen

I bot my C5 from Kerbeck and have a C6 on order (with them), and emailed them thru this forum on Tuesday. I rcvd a call back within 1 hour. I wasnt even expecting a call, just an email reply. I would say that if you havent rcvd a call, just call them.

I have a car on order with them. And, I will say that they could be alittle better with communication and keeping their customers updated on things.
