If you do not plan on buying the C6 until next year or later then I highly suggest you do everything humanly possible to not see one in person.

I went back to see the C6 tonight at the same dealership I saw it at this morning. It was sitting in the showroom this time and had a black Z06 near it.

This car will consume your thoughts and will come close to forcing you to make an irrational financial decision if you aren't planning on buying one at the present time.

The car is simply amazing. I can't say anything more to describe it but it's so cool that even opening up the door is fun. As bad as I want to drive one I don't think I could handle it after we part ways.

HeHeHe... Welcome to the Dark Side... This "hobby" will consume you if you let it... But, then again, beats driving a Rustang...

I was planning on going to see one when the local dealer got one in inverntory but I'm having second toughts now. I know I'll be getting one but not this model year and I don't want to make and rash decisions .

Hate to bust bubbles, but I got that when I saw the the new Mustang at the New York Auto Show back in April. When I saw the vette, I really wasn't impressed.

I saw the Vette first and the announcer did her talk about the car. Lot of high-tech stuff. Then I saw the Mustang and it was back to the past even with the retro interior. A big sigh came over me. To me, the Vette started loosing it's character with the C5. Even though I traded in my C4 for a C5, I still think the C4 is the sexiest shape next to the 1971 C3.

However, I am excited that the C6 is the next replacement for the C5, its just not sexy for me.

I respect everyones opinion. If the C6 doesnt fill your bill, then thats ok. I to was kind of unimpressed by the first pics, BUT knew better than have any kind of judgement until I saw it in person. Well after many pics, and two commercials later I really had a great feel for wanting the C6. Funny it wasnt until I was at best buy and saw the Olympic commercial with the Conv C6 that it stirred me in the direction of want for the C6. It took awhile but Im on board and looking forward to making my order in the months to come.........

That's why "Corvettes Anonymous" has a hard time getting anyone to the meetings.
