Onstar problem
My C6 came with Onstar (1st three months free). I have tried it several times and each time I have gotten a strange message... "we do not show you as an authorized user...if you feel you have gotten this message in error dial 611. Message 7ORL1"
Well, I called onstar from my house tonight and they are stumped so far. Said they showed me on file as the user and that the dealer had sent in my paper work just fine.
They turned the file over to their techs who will get back with me in three days.
Anyone else have a problem with Onstar on their C6?

The fact that it is telling you it can't find your subscription indicates the problem is with their system and not your car. Give them a few days and they will get it worked out.
