I have ordered the Nav system on my Vert...without the xm radio..But with On-Star..Does anyone know if I still get that "wart" of antenna..??

No, but you do get a little rectangular shaped black box on the top of the front window to the right of the rearview. You don't even know it's there. The nav is very easy to use, good choice. I wouldn't get XM again. It's too hard to find a good station. FM and CDs for me.

What is the approximate size of the NAV "receiver" on the window?

I haven't measured mine, but I'd say it's an inch thick, 2 inches wide, and 5 or 6 long. It looks like they really tried to hide it well though at the top of the window.

Just measured mine:
Entire frame is 4" x 7"
Screen only is 3" x 5.5"
