Lemans Blue?

Lemans Blue?
I have a Lemans Blue on order that is to be shipped any day and have no clear idea what color this really is. The Corvette website shows it as the bright Electron blue. Corvette quarterly magazine shows it as a much darker almost midnight blue. Has anyone gotten one yet? I am dying to see a picture.

I think it's a deceptive color, kind of comparable to precision red (not in color obviously but in it's ability to change in different lighting situations). In the shade, it is a more dark, midnight blue type of color. In direct sunlight, it does really lighten up and it resembles electron blue. However, it is a darker shade of blue than electron blue.

Oh my goodness bramwellt....these are great. Its really much brighter outside than inside. I noticed the picture of it up on the rack inside was dark. Amazing photos. Thanks so much.
Just talked to my dealer and they received a load on Monday with a Lemans blue so we are going to go take a look today. She said that they were loading up another truck today. Keeping my fingers crossed that it will be here by the weekend.

Welllllllll.....whats with the solid grey interior? Guess I missed that thread. I'm not sure I like that. I prefer that grey/black as it is in the C5. Oh well, I sure do LOVE that blue.

The gray for the C6 is not the same color as the C5 gray.

Don't rely on photos on your computer screen - - or magazines or brochures for that matter.
There are too many variables that can distort the true color. Also, showroom lights can throw you off. It's best to look at it in daylight. It's a very nice color.
If you can't find a Lemans Blue C6 at a dealer, see if you can spot a Commemorative Edition C5 somewhere. They're around. Even that may be a little different.

The Commemorative C5 and the C6 LeMans Blue are the same color . I know because I saw both of them together on my dealer's showroom floor last week . I went back the next day with my deposit on my car and the Blue C6 was gone ! Sold ! It had the light grey interior too . Looked awesome .The C5 is still there though, anybody want it ?
