How much difference?

I was wondering.....how much cash difference do you think it would take to make the move from an 04 vert - loaded except with standard suspension - to a C6 - vert or coupe? Mine's got 4200 on the clock. Pretty wide open question I know, but looking for ballpark figures from you guys who have already bought one. Thanks

It'll be a lot cheaper to go to the Coupe, at least that's what MSRP numbers show. Coupes are better anyways

You konw how the 04s were discounted? It will take that discount and then some.

I took my '04 six speed coupe with 4,000 miles on it, to see what the difference would be on a '05 coupe, equiped the same as my '04. They wanted $23,000 difference, I passed.

The trade difference between my 2003 BMW Z4 3.0 (NOT loaded) and my 2005 C6 coupe was $19,100. $50,1000 less $31,000 trade with no dealer fees added on. BMW has up to $7500 in incentives on leftover 2004 cars, but I was still able to negotiate a high trade. You're trading against full MSRP, so the dealer should have plenty of room to move on the trade-in.

You should be able to do much better than the $23,000 you were quoted.
