Default Question about order changes?

Got caught up in the moment and ordered my convertible with options I don't want. Polish wheels which I will order aftermarket from WCC. Also Nav and XM which I will put the Kenwood aftermarket headunit with Sirius instead of XM. That's over 3000 in options that I could get some of that back on ebay but would rather just change my order. For the dealers or anyone that can answer the question my car is at 3000 and the TPW has changed twice the latest is 11/29 any help here?

Thanks
Chad

From my understanding of the process as posted here several times by Formum Dealers you are too late at 3000.

If you're at 3000 it to late to change any options. About all you could to is talk to your dealer and see if they will take that one for their stock. Order you another one. You would have to start the wait all over.

That's also what I was told by Marvin a few weeks ago.

Chad, you might not find much of a market on eBay for either the Navigation or XM. As they are integrated into the C6 electrical and antenna systems they might be difficult to remove and to install on another car, even a Corvette.

Also, why do you want to replace the factory Navigation? Both the navigation turn directions and the XM stations are displayed on the HUD. Again, removing them may cause you a major headache.

I love high end stero set ups another yellow. I don't think it will cause much of a headache because a lot of people have posted upgraded head units and never expressed any problems. I didn't know about the xm display in the HUD, what displays? I love sirius and Howard Stern comes in a year and Shady 45 just began.

Just the XM channel that you select for about 10 seconds. The real nice feature is the Navigation display in the HUD with big turn arrows and the name of the intersection and exit. I really think you should try it first before making any changes. The Sirius is another matter. Maybe you could just add that somewhere else in the car. Anyway, just my thoughts. Make sure you let us know how everything works out for you.
