nav cd changer

Does anyone know if gm is going to offer a cd changer that will work with the nav system?

We have heard there will be a 6 disk changer coming for the NAV head unit. It was supposed to be sometime in Nov-Dec. I want one bad.

Supposed to be available as a GM genuine accessory sometime next year. I suspect it will be an RF unit, playing through the FM radio section of the NAV since there doesn't seem to be any other way to feed auxillary audio to the head unit. (Hope I'm wrong about that, but strongly suspect I'm not.)

Many dealers ship out their stereo work to local businesses. Try asking the dealer if they have someone they can recommend. These people are more likely to know the systems and the market. I was even told by my dealer that a 12-disc changer could not be installed on my Z06. It was several months before I learned from Corvette owners that it could be done.
