Interesting Canadian Review of C6
Canadian C6 Review
I don't think this has been posted here before. If it was, I missed it. The only thing the reviewer got completely wrong was how to exit the car with no battery. He said you have to get into the hatch area and pull the release...apparently never knew about the release handles under the doors. Pretty thorough review, all in all.

Nice to see that those living in the "U.S. State of Canada" like our C6.
Although this comment from the review isn't exactly glowing praise for our new 'Vette:
"It's loud, ostentatious, fairly impractical, and to drive it quickly requires more driving skill than most drivers have, or think they have.."
Guess those living up there have problems handling our V-8 sports cars.

I agree with the review
Loud yes, and a lot of people want it louder (me too)
Ostentatious yes, one of the reasons I bought it
fairly impractical yes, two seats smallish trunk, but the fun overcomes the impracticallity
Need for skill yes, I think you can get into problems very quickly if not skillful and I also think the drivers above and below the border have similar skills. Some are excellent and some are okay and some are way beyond their comptency levels.
Yes, I am a Canadian and you need to keep up with the exchange rate.
This week the Canadian Dollar was worth 85 cents US.

Great to read that you agree with the review of the C6.
One could wonder how you would react to this review if you actually owned a C6 and had just spent your hard earned $$ to actually purchase the car.
As an owner, I find a few of the comments in this review sarcastic and "low blow" punches to the car. While there is some truth in this review, there are also enough "personal opinions" to make the commentary poor IMHO
