The SC400 was too light in the back, prone to fishtail at the start in wet weather, then would push on a turn, the traction control merely dumbed down the throttle leaving you sitting there while traffic is bearing down on you, etc, etc. It would be an ok car if they didn't refer to it as a sports car. just my opinion.my previous car was a twin turbo stealth with 4wheel drive and 4 wheel steering, so going to the SC400 was a real disappointment (in wet weather).
FOB stands for "Freight On Board". Over the years the letters have come to simply mean shipping charge.
The incorrect use of the word FOB as seen on this forum refers to the RKE (Remote Keyless Entry) that is used to gain access to the automobile without the use of a key. A fob (lower case) is actually a short chain or ribbon attached to a pocket watch, or, an ornament attached to such a chain or ribbon. F.O.B., or f.o.b., means "free on board", where a shipper covers the cost of placing goods to be shipped onboard a carrier, but the buyer of such goods pays for the shipping costs.
