Every time I read the posts in this forum I am always learning something new. At times I wonder where would we be if we did not have the internet or this forum? How would we have exchanged ideas or stories about our cars? It's great to be here!
That used to be the exclusive domain of the Car Clubs and the greatest reason for joining one other than the obvious reason of the social interaction.
It's interesting that in that arena their existed a possibility of not getting correct information, so the increased exposure to the opinions of thousands benefits all of us greatly.
I would be lost without this forum. From learning how to check your order status to the correct way to apply Zaino. That, my friends, is a pretty broad spectrum. Thank you to each and every one (well, almost every one....and you haters know who you are) for the education.
Dealerships sure hate the more ecucated consumers. Gotta love it.
I have to disagree. I love the the educated buyers that I talk to from the forum. Now people I talk to people in person or on the phone know so much about the car that I can really have an educated conversation with them.
Also, with the information that's out there, people believe me when I make a statement that my sound like saleman . So, when I say they will be hard pressed to find a better deal or selection, or when I say our dealership is the largest Corvette dealer in the world, intead of gettin I get because they've already done their research.
The forum makes my job easier! Long live the forum!!!
