Why? what up? I usually surf in the morning and won't have my C6 until February. Is this a regular meet or club? let me know. Thanks.

Its a place local hot rodders, muscle car meet to chew the fat for a couple hours or so. No biggie. It happens every Sat. morning.

What about Magnolia and Adams?, it's a helluva a lot closer. You could park your C6s across the street in the drug Emporium and then be able to walk across the street and check out the rods. Just a thought.

Pat,

Raul and I were there last Saturday...where were you??

On the way home going up the 5 onto the 57...the freeway was wide open, wide open.

It just turned 500 miles on the speedo so I punched it and I got to 120. Raul hit ---. That was fast enough for that stretch of freeway!!!

I let off on the accelerator and it took me a good mile to get back to 65 by just coasting!

I couldn't imagine going 150 or more. Fighting fire is nothing like going fast...wow!!!

Redvette, The place I mentioned is where the C6ers have been going. I was curious who was going to be there this Sat. I have been to the one at Magnolia and Adams On my Ariel SQ 4. They do have a good variety of cars there. You are right it is a lot closer. It is a place we could go also.

Yeah and it's right down the street from me. Every Saturday morning as I'm putting my board in my truck I hear those guys coming down Brookhurst and Magnolia pretty damn quick and plenty of chirps on the corners. I'm scheduled for a mid-February delivery so keep me in mind. The reason I say across the street is that the lot in front of Ace fills up at 5:30 and I reckon a few C6s across the street would be a nice draw and give us plenty of breathing room .

It's my girlfiend's birthday and I will be gone with her this weekend so I can't make it guys. I was thinking that maybe we can get together on Saturday mornings at the Block of Orange next to the Krispy Creme Donuts. This is a big parking lot with plenty of room AND it is centrally located in Orange County so the drive isn't 45 min. one way down to PCH-Crown Valley. It is next to the 5/57/22 freeway interchange too. Don't forget the Hooter's and Children's Hospital of OC Toy Drive on the 19th @ 10 am at the Hooter's on Katella an the 57. See you at one or the other.

LMB, Z-51, 6SPD, lowered, tinted, color-keyed door handles & spoiler and brushed aluminum sill plates (Corsa Sport System should arrive in one week) I can hear those 400 ponies already!

Raul,
That might be a good place to get together. It is a distance to Monarch Beach. But, on the other hand, you get to drive your pride and joy further. Set it up after Christmas.

Default Monarch Bay - 12/11/04

I will be there with my Black C6. Actually, my girlfriend will drive that car as I will be driving my matching numbers 70 Z28 (Mulsanne Blue). I know Bob with the Silver one wil probably not make it. This is a great group of guys that meet here. We had six C6's there a few weeks ago and 4 last week. It's close for me so I usually go every weekend. Would love to see the C6's keep going so I can bring two (of my 3 cars)? See you guys there! Randy

Hell, I've done 110 in my Acura TL in that area several times.

Now, if she did that on the twisty portions on the eastbound side just as the road descends from the Laguna Mountains, then I'd be impressed.
