Yes.
For easy exit, you must have the parking brake set (and the gearshift in reverse) with the manual before using the button or opening the door will set the easy exit. With the auto, you only have to have the shifter in PARK for either to work.

And when you get back in, if you have the manual you must push the memory recall button on the door, whereas the auto can be programmed to return the seat to driving position without pushing anything.
