Noticed that Mid America has a C6 Blackwing kit for $400. (Listed as temporarily not available-ususally means it'll be out soon) I know this was a popular air intake for the C5. Should be a nice addition along with my soon to arrive Corsa sports!! James

Those were the only two mods I was planning. Corsa Sports and Blackwing.

The Blackwing for my C5 was only $200.

At best $40 dollars for each horsepower gained.. Some have claimed 0 gain on the C6

I think Ill buy two Fram AirHog filters and pocket $350

I've been watching that page for a couple of weeks. It has said "temporary shortage" for at least that long. I didn't want to mention it here because I figured all you guys would reserve one and then it would be "permanent shortage".

I've heard 3-4 hp gain on the C6 due to it's more efficient intake system. I do wish someone to prove this wrong, because I for one would like 8-10. Horsepower doesn't always tell the story, it's also how fast you can make the car pull to redline, things like this doesn't show on the dyno but on the clock. Better breathing happens to be one of these things
