Hi guys/girls. Picked up my new LBM,cashmere, 1SB, Z51,auto, XM, WCC Chrome wheels, Window tint. Lexan top on the way!

Overseas Military Sales Purchase (1 of 50). Personalized plates: CRUZZN.

Great car for the 2 days I got to drive it. Picked it up on a Friday and went in for pre-scheduled shoulder surgery on Monday. I should heal up in about 3 more weeks and then I will ready to enjoy it. Pix will follow.

Thanks for all the interesting and informative info that all of you made available. I am really looking forward to continuous enjoyment of your forum.
I believe I own the only one in FT Hood /Killeen, TX so far

Congratulations. It'll be worth the 3 week wait, as you've probably already found out.

TXCRUZZN,
Congrats on the new vette. I started my military career there at Ft Hood the late 70s. I am retired now and picked up my new C6 @ NCM on Oct 7 (Mag Red/Cashmere 6sp). Good luck with the surgery and get well so you can work off those 500 break in miles soon.

TxCruzzn, Welcome aboard and welcome back soldier. Good info here, all are willing to help. Don’t be afraid to ask stupid questions. The only stupid questions are the ones you don’t ask. Just remember to keep your head down, hold hands and stay inside the wire. It's a Marine thing.

with JFTaylor on this one. Congratulations on your vette. I am a first time vette owner in large part because these forum members were so generous with their insights. So much history in general and specific knowledge about the vette can be found here.

Welcome aboard!
