Default Just uploaded the stock LS7 flash file-unbelievable!

I haven't had time to look at everything yet, but wanted to share some incredible information about the air fuel ratio the factory installs in the Target PE/RPM Table for WOT and load on the C6 Z06.

It is all over the map! In fact, in some rpm bands the a/f ratio changes every 250 rpm.

At 5,000 rpm, the target a/f ratio is 11.1:1! I wish I could copy the graph for this table, it is simply the most bizarre target a/f ratio I have ever seen.

More later today. I'll be programming our Z06 and dyno testing later today.

None, I can imagine. The typical PE/RPM table on the C6 starts at 13.2:1, then smiles to 11.8:1 and then back to 12.25:1 at max rpm.

Jim if you are using Windows XP you can use the old trusty print screen button on your keyboard to copy the screen, then you can go to the built in "MS paint" program (or any other image editing software) and simply paste the picture of your screen. Better instructions below

Perhaps its intentional ... trying to confuse the engine and keep power levels down. No wonder TQ is only 470.

I need a screen print program, if someone has a link for one.

Jim, now your are seeing one of the reason why my otherwise bone stock car made 481rwhp using my prototype "CAI" while maintaining a very rich A/F ratio (10.8). During my dyno runs, we saw a total timing of 22* at WOT and 26* at part throttle. All this with an ambient temp. of 52* and inlet air temps at 76*.
I tell ya, these cars are sooo de-tuned, I can't wait to really start messing with mine PCM.

Don't laugh at me guys. But In laymens terms you are talking about a fluctuating air to fuel mixture?I may be Moran but not a Moron.
So the bottom line is whatch out when you guys can really tune this thing.Sounds

There is plenty of torque management control. Cloned right after the LS2.

Intake air temp timing retard is not new. It is -11.5 on the C6, so
-12.5 is just -1 more than the base car. Compression ratios make this necessary.

The stock Z06 gets plenty of cold air through the front fascia duct.

Any serious risk in turnig off TM? Or was GM just being overly cautious to protect the driveline components?
