It's a great mod, when I'm at a stop light and I see a Porsche, ricer or the like getting ready to pull along side I just hit the remote and watch them look over.

I keep the fob without the ring on it in the folds of my shift boot, it's close at hand and convenient and have had absolutly no problems loosing it, it stay right in the fold of the boot no matter how hard you launch.

Buy it, you will have no regets

Well... I installed it as per the instructions. Checked all the connections... not working.

Pretty simple install though. Maybe too simple for me.

Hopefully it's me and not the product. Waiting for a response...

Call the number you left within hours and got voice mail and left message, never heard back so I guess you corrected the problem. Email is the fastest way to get me, I just saw this post now

You were right Ed. I put the ground on the wrong 7mm screw. :bb

It works now! In fact... It's a pretty cool gadget.

My fuse table show the fuse as being a spare. Do others show the same?

Do you have a Z06? On the C6 it is just that, a spare

I have a Z06, but it was an early build...actually appears to be one of the pre-production vehicles that went to corporate fleet (built in June 05).

Pipedreams, can you repair the link to the M2W install instructions on your sight. I have Adobe reader 7.0 and I opens with gibberish.

Looks like the only option for the 2008's will be the M2W, since the little panel is missing. I guess you could drill into the center console.

It was a nice idea but they are on my site if someone needs them and they change from time to time so it's best to see them on www.nakidparts.com

Easy install on my newly acquired 07 Z06 and as stated by several members, it sounds great. Was my first change as well. Thanks Ed for the quick email back when ordered, etc. Only comment to improve would be to place instructions in box upon shipping.
By the way, one of my sister in law's were at our house yesterday and asked what kind of car was it and what were those big red things hanging in the wheels.
