nice idea

I don't own a Z06 (yet) but in my RX8, first thing I did was take the damn front place off. In texas its law... but to hell with it. I swear it makes my car look like it has a single buck tooth. lol

Ive been stopped only once in 2 years for no front plate. Was just a warning, but even if I got a ticket you can get it dismissed usually if you prove to the court its now on your car. Even if you gotta pay the fine its worth it to not have a front plate assing up the front of your car

Toxin is a good name. I assume, you do realize there are 49 other states besides Texas, as well as thousands of local jurisdictions. They all have different laws and levels of enforcement .

That's what I want too! The guy/gal that delivers on a really invisable, motorized plate holder can have my coin.

Cool idea! for low speed cars.
If your driving in the 180-290mph range, I don't think you need a front plate

I purchased one of these plate mounts
but it came with no instructions.....
can you tell me how to access the underside to reach in there and attach the screws once the holes are drilled
also what is the little bent piece of metal for?
I haven't figured that one yet
thanks for all of your help

This thread is over 6 years old and still no picture of it on a Z. I don't think it will work on a Z.
