I put in a remote activated Mild-to-Wild. It's AWESOME. It's CHEAP too. Forum venders offer them. Pipedreams, Sunset Orange Creations etc....

There aren't any issues with them, and I don't think the ECU would be recording that too lol....so GM shouldn't have a problem with it either.

umm..yes. unless mine is broken. Go outside, turn your Z on and put your hand behind each tip. Only the 2 inside tips work with the fuse pulled.

Removing the fuse may void your warranty! Those extra 2-3 Hp at 2000 rpm may cause your valve springs to fail

Default Fuse installation

Upon re installing the fuse be very careful not to drop it into the fuse box.I did this on my first attempt and looked in the manuel and it said ther were "spares" in the block.1st off.. no spares! 2nd the print in the manuel was so small that I had to use a magnfying glass to read it.I went to the dealer and bought a fuse. I then contacted the Corvette web site and they called me to apologise about the small print. They will redo the new manuels. BTW the spares are in the fuse block in the engine bay! Just get the Mild to Wild and be done with it!!

I would imagine that all 4 are actually open when the butterflies on the inside tips are open. The fluid simply takes the path of least resistance- the straight pipe. I imagine it's very similar to the tips on the c4 corsa mufflers. Only two tips get dirty, though all four are flowing. It's just that the straight-through path has least resistance. The bleed-over that actually goes into the muffler is then minimal because of this.

My fuse is going back in and I'm getting a mild 2 wild. I drive at 70 mph a lot and the drone is awful.

Mild to Wild didn't exist when I got my 06 Z. Ran for a year with the fuse out.

The only reason I installed the Mild To Wild is the 6th gear highway drone. I like to ability to "switch it on" when I encounter the DRONE and then switch it off at the bottom of the highway exit ramp.

I tried it when I first had the car, but put it back in. I like the stock exhaust more than I did at first. The car when at idle is really a sleeper until you step on it. When you are shifting at 3500 rpm, then she screams.

Sounds cool for a bit, but the drone is a nightmare on highway or cruising above 50 mph. Maybe I'm just getting old, but i'd rather hear some country music on XM then the drone!
