Amazing.....
Many criticized the Z06 body or looking too much like a base C6. Here's a car that is truly unique and tastefully done....more-so, this car is not a poser and can more than walk the talk. If the stock hood was left on we'd have everyone complaining it looks stock.
Looking at this in one's rear view mirror would definitely instill fear....overkill?......not in the least. There is no debate on which car this is.

There's just no pleasing everybody all the time. BTW Jason, can I get buy a hood like that? Just to "instill fear" in the car I'm coming up on.

Kudos again, Katech. I'll second the "cleanest build I ever saw" comment. But with you guys, that's a little redundant.

I'm curious as to why it can't be a street legal car when there are so many TT1000-1400+whp Supras,and Vipers out there on the streets. In fact LPE and the Vette Doctors have a couple of TT 1000+ whp monsters out there as well. Jason is this something that Katech will not do because of a Katech company policy regarding the emissions laws in your state? Kind of like the header issue.

Good one.
We don't have any plans to do performance testing.
It is running at Track Attack, but just for a shake-down and cooling system test. We will not be running it very hard.
It does, this is just the hood the customer wanted.
Yes, its the ACP Magna-Extractor hoood
The system eliminates the catalytic converters so it is illegal for a road car.
