Hi Folks:

For all of the South Florida members - I have sent an e-mail to Moroso trying to get an idea how much it would cost to rent their track for the day. I have limited knowledge but I do know they are opening their new road track the end of October and all indications say it will be done right.

I am thinking we could rotate in groups and probably get a fair number of runs in a full day. Further, the early 2009 time frame may be the best as it will have cooled off by then.

I have requested ALL details but need a good head count on how many of y'all might be interested. I assume the cost would approach 10K$ + so if we can get 50-100 cars you can do the math.

I should post this in all the forums but not sure how to do multiple posts.

Pretty cheap, they prep one lane and have an ambulance/medic on hand.

I will be doing it myself again soon when the rain looks like it will let-up.

I've been waiting for the new and improved moroso to open. I want to get the car on the track and haven't since they closed it.

If the cost is to much, I would be still interested in doing a track rental orlando.
