Default DEALERS-Tough times=MSRP+ $7500

DEALERS..I feel bad for you, and me

Tougher days ahead

I will pay $7500 over MSRP for a ZR1 today. Not a rich guy, but ready.

Still a big chunk of $$$.

You feel bad for a car dealer??

I don't believe that I could ever muster that emotion, reletive to a car dealer.

And I'll pay $2,000 under MSRP for a new 2009 ZR1, with no doc fees.
Of course, tax, title, license fees extra.

(Offer expires October 31. 2008).

Take it from this gent on the mbworld.com.
He has a ZR1 coming to his collection but will refused to pay over msrp. I am sure he could pay over msrp but he won't.
I asked him how much he paid over msrp for his ZR1 and this is his replied.

I don't pay over sticker for any of my cars. Not my Scuderia, not my 599 not my F430s not my Vette. Guess I am stubborn but also am fortunate to have relationships that afford me that luxury.

I also don't tend to mod my Italians. I will mod my long-term track cars with tires, exhaust, wheels, cast and camber adjustments especially where I am likely to keep the car long-term. The Vette, however is not destined to be a keeper - but if I do love, love, love it, I will come a knockin'!!!!!!

He doesn't have an issue with the car.He has money problems.
I am happy as hell with my ZR1 and can't imagine anyone sorry they spent the money unless they have money issues.
Never spend more than you should on anything or like your friend, you will regret it.
