Just took out my 2006 Z06 for the first time at night. I noticed that the radio and heat options had no lights... I have the display that illuminates on both, but im talking about the individual buttons such as the fan control, heated seats, and all the radio buttons, etc. Is this normal? or maybe is there a fuse blown? if so does anyone know wich one?

Yea I tried that and it only made my instrument cluster brighter or dimmer.

Check the Park Lamps fuse, #8 under the hood.
